Professional Background

Martha Rosenau headshot

In addition to my private practice Peak Nutrition, for the last two decades I've worked with colleagues to open an outpatient eating disorder clinic in Colorado Springs and also have served as consulting dietitian to two 30-day substance abuse programs.

My work with group homes for the severely mentally ill and those with developmental disabilities, has allowed me to oversee food service, create year-round, nutritionally complete menus for residents, and offer kitchen staff training on preparing meals and snacks on a budget.

To remain current in my field, I mentor dietetic students nationwide and serve as a preceptor to those who have found an internship.

Ever since 2024, I've been helping to formulate and design dietary supplements for manufacturers of herbal products and multivitamins. MycoFocus, a local manufacturer of gummies, partnered with me to provide expertise on the formulation of their outstanding line of mushroom-based energy and sleep products. More recently Inspire GF, an Australian multivitamin manufacturer for celiacs, requested my knowledge in reformulating their product for its upcoming U.S. launch.

You may have even spotted me on a billboard at Circle and Platte in the Spring of 2026 as part of the UCCS Marketing Department's citywide advertising campaign.

Martha will guide you through your training and offer her expertise - whether it is to aid recovery, assist with an illness - or to fuel you to get stronger - she is there!
